Frequently Asked Questions
What is XIXOIO?
XIXOIO is an ecosystem for crypto assets, banking and fintech solutions on Blockchain. The main goal is to provide a comprehensive solution for raising capital for companies. To achieve this plan, XIXOIO is creating a certified tokenization process – IPCO (Initial Public Coin Offering).
What is the difference between XIXOIO and other tokenization platforms?
XIXOIO is the first platform to offer a complete certified process for tokenization – IPCO. This means that as a company you will have much less burden with raising capital. Other tokenization platforms provide only a fraction of services that are needed.
What is IPCO?
Initial Public Coin Offering (IPCO) is a certified process of initial public offering of tokens, where an existing company offers its tokens to investors for investment. The goal of the IPCO process is to acquire capital for further development of the company. More information in the XIXOIO White Paper, section IPCO.
Do you have a prototype or a working product?
Yes, to fully cover a variety of needs for our clients XIXOIO platform develops and manages multiple modules. Some of these modules have already launched an MVP, others will be launched soon. Up to date information about the product development status can be found on our product page.
Who are the people behind XIXOIO?
From 2014 to 2017, company founders, Richard Watzke and Nikolay Rozhok, participated together in the management and development of MoneyPolo, which specialized in global cash remittance and held a payment institution license. After less than a decade from its founding, MoneyPolo achieved an annual turnover in billions of euro and served hundreds of thousands of clients. After an agreement with stockholders, Richard and Nikolay left MoneyPolo and founded XIXOIO.
What kind of companies can use IPCO tool to raise capital from investors?
We are very selective with companies that are aiming to tokenize their business. Foremost we focus on real businesses that are already generating revenues and have a trackable, profitable history. Your company needs to be financially stable and needs to have a realistic plan how to use the funds from the IPCO. We will be conducting thorough due diligence of all tokenized companies. If you are interested in tokenizing your company, please fill in the form on ipco.io page.

What is blockchain?
A blockchain is a decentralized, globally shared and transparent database. Within the blockchain, all transactions and balances on individual addresses are traceable. With the help of the so-called blockchain explorer, you can validate balances at your addresses, track confirmation of entered transactions, etc. The blockchain of decentralized cryptocurrencies (e.g. Bitcoin, Ethereum) does not have a central administrator but is run by a community of so-called miners and software clients (full node).
What is a token?
Cryptocurrency tokens are accounting units existing on a blockchain (a decentralized, shared database). Unlike cryptocurrency, tokens do not have their own blockchain, but they act as an affiliated project of an existing cryptocurrency. A typical example is tokens that originate from the Ethereum platform that allows anyone to create their own tokens. Ethereum-based tokens (such as the ERC-20 standard – as will the XIXOIO token be) can be kept on Ethereum addresses and are supported by an ecosystem of established wallets, including hardware wallets (Trezor, Ledger). When sending tokens of the Ethereum platform, it is necessary to have small amount of ether cryptocurrency (ETH) available to pay a transaction fee to the platform.
What does tokenisation mean?
Tokenisation is a process where a company’s liabilities are transformed into tokens. These tokens can be bought by investors and sold on secondary markets or exchanged for other crypto assets. For more details regarding the tokenization please check our XIXOIO White Paper.
