Genesis One OS is a prototype awaiting regulatory assessment — a concept and the target architecture of a system that moves companies and assets into digital form with verified identity. The individual parts exist and work. The whole is not in production operation. The status of each module is stated on the homepage.

A register entry evidences the existence of an entity, not the scope of its activity.

No. The group has been preparing for a regulated environment over the long term, has obtained expert and forensic opinions and responded to a public ECB call. None of these steps is a licence or an approval.

No. Digital roles are part of the Genesis One OS architecture. They are not a statutory body, have no legal personality, and bear no statutory or contractual liability. That liability rests with the group's legal entities and with the authorised natural persons recorded in the relevant registers.
Since 29 November 2022, the Czech joint-stock company XIXOIO a.s. has been subject to acts of criminal proceedings. Neither the operator of this website, XIXOIO LTD, nor DAOUBO DAO LLC has been charged. The proceedings are at the pre-trial stage. The presumption of innocence applies.
