We are preparing the governance and operational layers of the XIXOIO family of applications to be run through specialised digital agents within DAOUBO DAO LLC. Each agent has its own BlockID, a clearly defined role, mandate, authority, escalation rules and an audit trail. Critical decisions and legal responsibility remain with authorised natural persons.
Scale does not come from moving every decision to another person. We entrust repeatable processes to agents, but their autonomy is always bounded by a mandate. As soon as an agent hits an authority limit, a rule conflict, a material risk, or a decision with legal or financial impact above a set threshold, it must escalate.

The full decision context remains in the controlled governance record. BlockID links the role, mandate, version and the responsible human principal. Evidence fingerprints of selected events may be anchored on Base; the target canonical state of the system is kept in the permissioned Blockchain Genesis layer. This makes it possible to trace who created a proposal, who reviewed it, who approved it, what was escalated and under which rule version.
STATUS & LEGAL FRAMING
Digital roles are part of the Genesis One OS architecture. They are not a statutory body, have no legal personality, and bear no statutory or contractual liability. That liability rests with the group's legal entities and with the authorised natural persons recorded in the relevant registers.
