Who confirms that the equipment was accepted
Test Logistics a.s. buys warehouse equipment for €20,000. It has €18,000 of its own funds and, in the model, finances the balance through two separate €1,000 bond subscriptions. For the second subscription, the investor specifies the amount, payee and payment condition in advance. An authorised person confirms acceptance. The assistant can explain the instruction’s status but cannot attest to delivery.
What the accountant sees if confirmation is delayed
The acceptance record establishes that the condition was met. The payment provider establishes the payment outcome. If its reply is late, the demonstration keeps the result open and calls for reconciliation of the original instruction. It does not initiate a second payment.
The accountant also needs separate evidence of securities settlement and of the funds credited to the company. The digital euro proposal follows the conditional payment. The separate model for the UK Digital Securities Sandbox follows delivery of the security against payment in bank money.
